Excellent place for exploring Ann Arbor. The breakfast was hot, appreciated free parking. The location is Awesome, a 5-minute walk from a bus station.

It's our place to stay when in Ann Arbor! A microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator were available.
